Pre-Order Fulfilment Policy
All pre-order products are available for purchase until the announced date specified on each product page. Fulfilment and shipping for pre-order items will commence within a maximum of 2 months after the end of the pre-order period.
Please note that pre-order items are not shipped immediately upon purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on production and logistics. Customers can expect to receive their pre-order items within up to 2 months from the date of purchase.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (Canada Orders)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (including GST/HST), and customs processing fees. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
muBeans is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
muBeans is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
